We try to ship out the next business day via U.S. Mail - either First Class or Priority Mail. We take great pains to make sure that DVDs you receive have been duplicated and verified. Occasionally, a DVD will get damaged during shipping or the disc is bad. Please email us so we can get you a good disc as soon as possible.
